661 London Road - Italia-80 steel louvred panels
661 London Road was designed by award-winning architects Munkenbeck & Marshall. The apartments are arranged over two buildings connected by glass links to three communal roof terraces with views across London. The stylish, contemporary landscaping was designed by Philip Cave Associates with a strong, flowing scheme of heathland planting, cobbles and timber decking.
Lang+Fulton supplied 250 linear metres of Italia-80 steel louvred panels for the balustrading around the roof-top gardens to provide screening, shelter and security. The 1200x1642mm panels were framed with 50x50x3mm angles for bolting to the structural framework.
Ventilation plant and service areas were enclosed and 7 single-leaf gates provide maintenance access. The panels were hot-dip galvanized and finished with a polyester powder coat in RAL7016.
