Retail Park in Ashford Town

As a communications hub at the centre of 5 railway lines, Ashford is the fastest growing town in Kent and was ranked as the fourth-best place to live in the UK by a TV poll. Best known for its Designer Outlet designed by the Richard Rogers Partnership, Ashford Retail Park also benefits from this prime location.

First established as a business park in the 1980’s, the site has been transformed by significant investment since being purchased by TH Real Estate. This has included new service yards and landscaping works.

Lang+Fulton used their Italia-80 steel louvres to supply a package of two bin stores, 1m high perimeter fencing and 3m high security fencing with gates.

The refuse stores were made with double swing gates to accommodate 110 litre euro bins. The security fencing was installed in two areas: around the external display area of one of the retail units with a garden centre and to enclose a service yard with a 4.5m wide gate. 1m high fencing provided boundary demarcation to the parking and delivery areas of the large unit occupied by Tapi Carpets.

The Italia-80 products were supplied hot-dip galvanised and polyester powder coated RAL 7043.
