Lang+Fulton were involved in the supply of balustrade infill panels, open mesh flooring, stair treads and louvred screening for the external escape stairs at Milton Park. The three new buildings at Park Drive East have been specifically tailored to provide high-tech laboratory facilities and offices to meet the growing demand for science and business space.

There were five stairs towers in total, 10.7m and 15m high, which were also designed to provide access to service facilities. The louvred panels effectively screened all the ducting for these services and were supplied with demountable panels with D-handles for inspection points at each landing and at ground level. The result was a smart solution in keeping with the quality and high specification of the development.
