Corten adds Interest to Almshouse development in Cambridge village

Dovehouse Court is a development of alms-houses by Girton Town Charity where Corten louvres have been used as an exciting contrast of material and texture.

The 15 energy-efficient homes have been built to Passivhaus standards around a communal garden with a Corten clad extension creating architectural interest.

The Italia Corten louvred panels are used both as a cladding material around the stair and lift access and to create a secure, adjoining, bike storage area.
