Ventilation Grating Panels at Holiday Inn Exeter

Grating panels for security and ventilation were supplied for the Holiday Inn Express – City Centre in Exeter. The new 103-bedroom hotel formed part of a project to refurbish a former office building into student accommodation.

The hotel undercroft provides car parking space for hotel guests. The custom-sized panels manufactured from Terra-34 grating with intermediary flat bar posts were designed to secure the openings between the building’s structural columns.
