Innovative Approach to Invigorate in Pioneer Square, Bicester

Perch is a new co-working space located in Pioneer Square, Bicester. The concept was deemed a unique opportunity to invigorate the town centre by converting previously unoccupied retail units. The facility offers 65 hot desks, meeting rooms, refreshment areas, and networking opportunities for homeworkers, small businesses, and entrepreneurs.

Completed in 2015, Pioneer Square was an ambitious project in the regeneration of the centre of Bicester. Lang+Fulton grating and louvred products were used extensively for screening and security on the exterior of the 526 space car park.
