90 Affordable New Homes in Ilford, East London

Carlton House is a new-build, mixed use development at 501 High Road, Ilford in the London Borough of Redbridge. In addition to a mix of 90 studios and apartments, it will include a cultural and banqueting facility which, it is hoped, will serve as a catalyst in the regeneration of the area.

Each apartment benefits from an outside space with the balcony balustrades forming a significant feature to the overall design of the building. Lang+Fulton have supplied the infill panels for the balconies, which in total amounted to 900 units. These were manufactured from DemiQuattro-44, a pressure locked grating with a square aperture.
